"This review is for service... It has always been a pain for me to find an Acura dealer around where I live that I can feel at ease with. The previous Acura dealers I went to were really not good, always left a bad taste in my mouth after going there. But...

DCH Tustin Acura is much better! I am extremely glad that I found this dealer, even though I have to drive 33miles one way, it is well worth it. Not to mention, Larry from the service department is great! He is very knowledgeable about the cars, and things that needed to be done, especially on a low volume car like my Acura RL. Today, I went in to get my brake master cylinder recall done on an 05 Acura RL. Larry told me that it would take about 4 hours, which I was okay with because I brought a good number of things to do. However, he also told me that if I needed a loaner, I can requested on the spot, that never happened to me at the other Acura dealers. So I proceeded to wait. Much to my surprise, after 2 hours, Larry tells me that the car is finished, even though they had a bunch of other cars to service, awesome. I also like how the service garage is right there, not hidden somewhere in a secluded place were you cannot see what's going on, or what they're doing. DCH Tustin Acura seemed pretty professional, and knows how to treat their customer's right. I don't feel like I am treated any differently because I am 20 something and driving the RL, I can't say the same about the other Acura dealers I've been to. I would totally be going back here for future service needs if needed. Five stars for Larry and DCH Tustin Acura service department!"

"DCH Tustin Acura was incredibly warm and welcoming to me and my friends!"


I wanted to let you know how incredibly warm and welcoming DCH Tustin Acura was to Katie, Cait and me. As soon as we walked in, we were offered water, tea, candy, etc from what seemed like every employee that passed our way. It felt more like a hotel- not a dealership!

The salesman, Abe Ahari, was incredibly friendly. He took me out for a test drive, showed me the functions of the car, answered my million questions and even called me a few days later to make sure the car was working well. My friends also liked him so much that when it's time for them to buy a new car, they are going to buy it from him for sure.

I was able to sign all the papers within an hour of getting there with the help of a VERY intelligent, sweet lady -Kathi-Lee.  I was pleasantly shocked at how quickly the entire process was completed.

Bottom line: the car is fantastic, the dealership was amazing and the employees were so incredibly helpful.  I can safely say this experience completely exceeded my expectations.

Hello,
Just want to say that the people at Tustin Acura are absolutely the best!  I would rate them a "10" on each occasion I have been there.  They are always courteous, friendly, communicative, and efficient. I am talking about the service people and even the cashiers, but I recall that when I bought my car there the salesman and F&I guy was great, too.  Plus, the place itself is just a wonderful place to wait for the work to be done.  You have those nice cubicles for people who want to work, and also the chairs around the TV with books and magazines.

While I was waiting for the work to be completed the other day, I happened to finish my James Patterson novel that I had been reading.  I noticed that you had some paperbacks there and was pleasantly surprised to see that there was a note in the books that said to feel free to leave a book, or take a book. I left my book and picked up a novel there that was pretty interesting. It was really nice to know I could take it with me.

I also find it a nice touch that there are always bottles of water available and that you can get your own coffee as well.  Then there's the Hershey's candy bar when you pay at the cashier's desk.  It may not cost you that much for the candy bars, but it always brightens my day to get that candy bar.  Everyone is respectful there at the Tustin dealership, and that is so rare these days.  There is one more rather wonderful thing I love about Tustin Auto:  I don't think that you charge too much!  I never ever feel taken advantage of, and your prices seem to be in line with what I would expect to pay at a non-dealership shop.  That's why, with the exception of new tires which I bought at Costco,  I always go back to where I bought my car for all the work and maintenance.

I tell everyone about you guys, too!  One last note: the complimentary car wash is very much appreciated.  You guys are top notch in every way!

"BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!"


I just bought a new TL, and it was best car buying experience ever. I have bought cars for my wife and my parents, and the negotiations were just too stressful. I know that the car salesmen are not to be trusted, BUT Tustin Acura completely changed my perception. I first got a great deal from Mission Viejo Acura. When I asked other dealers if they can beat the price, number of Acura dealers offered better price. However, when I actually went to the dealer to sign the deal, they changed the numbers and refused to give me the deal they promised. They all try to scam you with wrong price so you can come to the dealer. However, this guy from Tustin Acura named Kalolo Taofa was different. When I asked him about the price, he was extremely polite and extremely honest. After doing his own calculation, he honestly explained everything about the car I was looking for and offered me with the price. The price wasn't lowest compare to what other dealers but Kalolo said "I want you to know everything about the deal before you decide and I want you to know all the truth before you come down to the dealer." His honest really impressed me so I went to the dealer and Kalolo and Tom Pitchford helped me to complete the deal. They were so polite and honest that I didn't have to do any kind of additional negotiation with them at all. They prepared the paperworks based on what they promised, and also Steve Hahn, a finance manager, was so kind that he explained everything thoroughly and didn't forced or tricked us to buy any additional plans. After the signing was done, Tom explained everything about the car and navigation systems for more than 40 minutes. Most dealers don't care about the customers once they sell the car, but Tom is keep contacting me to make sure that I am doing fine with my TL. THIS PLACE IS AMAZING. KALOLO AND TOM IS BEST CAR SALESMEN EVER!!. IF YOU WANT NO HAGGLE AND BEST CAR EXPERIENCE AND IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A VIP, YOU MUST GO TO THIS DEALER AND ASK FOR TOM OR KALOLO.

I have been dealing with the Service Dept. at Tustin Acura for 3 years now, specifically the service manager, Eric Li Fo Sjoe. Eric has always been extremely professional and delivers excellent service. My last visit was in July 2010 and as always it was great. They are honest at the service dept and they do not try to overcharge or do unnecessary work. I always go back. Great manager and a great team.

Even though I drove almost 50 miles from my home to Tustin to buy my desired Acura, I can truly say that it was well worth the drive. We got a better deal than  the one from xxx Acura. The best part was the way Steve Hahn worked with us. He actually made the entire purchasing process enjoyable. I had been to two car dealers a couple of days earlier, and had to take some aspirin to rid myself of a headache. Not so with Steve. He treated us like friends. And that was SO refreshing. He took all the time we needed going over our multitude of questions about the TSX. For future car purchases for my entire family, I will first look to Steve Hahn and DCH Tustin Acura for that car. I can't recommend them enough.

Good morning! Just wanted share with you how wonderful my experience was this morning (7/19) with your Service Department. With no appointment, I stopped in and was greeted by Larry who was very nice, very professional. I explained that one of my tires was losing air and asked if someone could just take a look at it. Not only did he do just that, he had the issue resolved and I was on my way within 30 minutes. He was great to give me updates, explain what needed to be done and understood that my time mattered without my ever having to say so. It may seem like such a small thing, but I was a bit panicked as I'm driving to Northern California this week. So, service like this went a long way this morning. I'll definitely keep coming back AND referring others to you as well. Thanks for making it a great start to the week!

"They listen carefully to any issue "

The folks at DCH Tustin Acura have taken care of my 2005 RL since it was new. Making appointments over the phone is easy and efficient. When I took my car in, they made sure that any updates and service needs were addressed. They listen carefully to any issue you might have and make sure that it is thoroughly checked out by the tech. When I've needed the transportation, they have a courtesy shuttle for me. I have never received less than excellent service with this dealer and would highly recommend them!

My 02 Acura TL - Type S now has 126,000 miles. Still drives perfect ! My fiancee is driving to AZ....By Herself....I called Freddy, made an appointment. " Freddy, my girl is driving to AZ. and I need my TL checked from bumper to bumper and just do what you think it needs." In one day, Freddy and his team changed oil & filter, checked all fluides, new ft brake roters, new tires, wheel alignment, complete detail in & out and new wiper blades. Wow ! Now, this is what makes Tustin Acura so " Special." Erick called me and said," Lynn, we are going to give you a discount on your tires, we are going to charge you the same price as what cosco get's " cool That's called " Impeccable Service." "Helpful and Professional"

After searching the Internet for different vehicles, I decided to call Tustin Acura. The receptionist was very nice, she listened to my requests, explained unfortunately the sales personnel were with customers, and asked if I'd like to wait or would like a call back. I told her I didn't mind waiting, she also took the time to tell me they had a car finder service to help me find what I?m looking for. After less than a minute she came back on the line, apologized for the wait and said she was transferring me to their manager, Alex. I expected another pushy sales person, but he was really nice and answered all my questions. He humbly apologized that his staff were with other people, and said he was happy to assist. There was no pushing to buy today, which is what I expected. Needless to say I appreciated the help and professionalism they provided m. I've been there several times now. Everyone at the dealership has been nothing but helpful and accommodating. Even the service people offered assistance with big smiles. Nice to see a place that knows the value of a customer! Now only if my wife can just decide on a car!
