The folks at DCH Tustin Acura have taken care of my 2005 RL since it was new. Making appointments over the phone is easy and efficient. When I took my car in, they made sure that any updates and service needs were addressed. They listen carefully to any issue you might have and make sure that it is thoroughly checked out by the tech. When I've needed the transportation, they have a courtesy shuttle for me. I have never received less than excellent service with this dealer and would highly recommend them.

Before stepping into DCH Tustin Acura I was getting seriously worn down by the car shopping experience. After a month of research, internet quotes, and visiting dealerships I was fed up with the process/mind games and nearly decided to put car buying on hold so I could catch my breath. I decided to give it one more shot (since it was the last day of the month) when a car caught my attention on the Tustin Acura website. However, I was dreading the idea of stepping foot into another dealership. After a bit of anxiety I called up a friend for support and asked him to visit one more dealer with me. He reluctantly agreed. We had no idea we would both be all-smiles in the end.  It went great.
Abe Ahari was my contact and was friendly and easy to communicate with from beginning to end. He was not pushy at all and answered all of my questions patiently and amicably. He employed no sales tactics and I actually felt comfortable and at ease in a car dealership...definitely something I wasn't used to. After a comprehensive test drive, Abe thoroughly addressed all of my concerns before we sat down to talk about price. Once again...Easy. The price was already good (had done plenty of research online through Edmunds, KBB, eBay, CraigsList, NADA, etc.), but it was still more than I could afford. With minimal discussion we got it down to something that sat well with both parties. I almost couldn't believe it. It only took a few minutes and I was actually still smiling.
Steve Hahn in the finance department was equally as great and comfortable to work with. He informed me of all the possibilities but didn't try to hard sell me anything at anytime. He explained the details of the purchase patiently and thoroughly with an air of ease and friendliness. We even swapped dog stories at one point. It was like talking with a friend...a definite pleasure.
In the end, I got a great price on a certified pre-owned RDX and was out the door in relatively little time. The friend who accompanied me was impressed with the experience as well.
I have to really thank Abe and Steve for ending my car buying journey on a high note. I would have never believed it could be so easy had I not experienced it for myself. The dealership was well-organized and clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating. I never felt like I was dealing with salesmen...just working with good customer service. Thank you for making it all worth it!

I have entrusted this dealership with each Acura (1998 Integra and my CL 3.0) I have owned. My Service representative (Freddy) has earned my trust by ALWAYS being upfront and honest with me on each and every service/repair I have had done. No dealership has ever earned my trust, nor will any dealership likely have the opportunity as I will be an Acura owner for life due to the quality of the product itself, and the service and honesty provided by my dealership (DCH Tustin Acura). Times are tough, and money is tight. I have confidence as I have for over 7 years of working with Freddy that whatever service or maintenance that is required IS REQUIRED. If I can't afford a repair or maintenance at a particular time, Freddy will let me know if it is ABSOLULITY necessary, or if I can get by for an additional thousand miles until I can afford it. I can recall my first experience with Freddy which I happened to mention to him coincidently upon completion of my service today. I had purchased a replacement bulb for my Integra and thought I would save money by installing it myself. After an hour of trying, I drove to the dealership which I purchased the bulb (Tustin Acura) and asked how to install the bulb. Freddy happened to be on duty that day, and without hesitation said "pop your hood, I'll replace it for you right now". THAT is the reason I began having my Integra regular service and maintenance at my then hometown dealership. I have moved to several areas where other Acura dealerships are closer and more readily available. However, I am loyal to quality and customer service, and from my first encounter with the Service department and my Service Rep, that has built a long lasting devotion which continues to this day. People hear how old my car is, and that I have it serviced with my dealership. They tell me they have "a guy" that they go to and say I should check it out to save money cause dealerships are a rip-off... I have gone that route too many times with prior vehicles (non Acura's) and found I ended up paying more for repairs on the repair itself. With this dealership, I don't have to worry as they back what they say and guarantee their work. One last example: I purchased a new battery late in 2008 from my dealership. For whatever reason, within one year that battery died. I took it back to the dealership thinking it was a starter or alternator. They checked it and found it was a defective battery. Replaced it and I was on my way no charge and with an apology for the inconvenience. Had I gotten that battery elsewhere, I may have been out of luck or waiting for this, that, and the other to be checked before my battery would have been replaced.
These are just a few experiences I have had with this dealership, and I will have many more in the future... Count on it!

My Legend Reached 400,000 Miles!

"This is my beloved 1994 Legend with 400,000 miles on it. I drove it to over 350,000 before I decided to put in a new transmission and rebuilt my engine last year. I don't want to give it up, because I love the sporty feel, comfort and reliability of the car. I'm a semi-retired physician, but my job and hobby has taken me all the way to Palm Springs and San Diego sometimes. Beside this Legend, I also have a 2000 RL which has 203,000 miles. Prior to these two, my first Acura was a 1989 Legend which went 225,000 miles.
 
I guess you could call me an Acura nut.  They are such well-built machine that I just love them. My experience shows that the power train in these Acuras can run over 300,000 miles without major overhaul -it's amazing.
 
My kudos goes to Tustin Acura and their staff also,  as their sales and service are impressively efficient, courteous and accommodating. Recently they have put on a sealant protection MAXXGuARD to help me protect the exterior of my car. They all know me by my name now as I have become one of their loyal customers. I can't say enough good things about the car and the dealership."

A few months back my Honda Civic wouldn't start, so I went to the same Honda dealer I purchased my car from. About three hours later, I got a call and was told that it would be $1,200.00 plus labor. Of course I flipped.

A friend of a friend told me about DCH Tustin and on a whim I called. Long story short, I towed my car there and in a few hours I got the call. The cost, under $200!

A couple of weeks ago, my wife's TSX's tire pressure monitor was on. I took in to XXX Acura (name omitted for courtesy) and the service advisor told me that it was probably due to a faulty sensor and I would have to make appointment next week and leave my car there for 5 hours.

I decided to give Tustin Acura a try. There, I was greeted by Kyle who sent the car up to his technician to check. A few moments later, he came back and told me there was nothing wrong with the sensor; it was just a nail on the side wall.

 

Later when I picked up my car, he not only had my tire fixed and car totally washed, but also pulled off my license frame and put my 2010 registration sticker on. While I was waiting for my car, I stumbled to the showroom and ran into Tom Pitchford who was more than eager to help, even though I let him know we were not ready to buy another car for a few months. He spent so much time explaining everything to me patiently and without pressuring me to buy at any time.

I just wanted to add my accolades as a faithful customer of DCH TA since 1987 when I purchased my first Acura, a Legend sedan.  I loved that car for the entire 210,000 miles I drove it, but finally had to make the tearful decision to upgrade to a newer model with better technology.  There comes a time if you know what I mean!  It still looked great, the  interior was perfect and I sold it in one day ... to the first guy that came and looked at it!!  Here's a photo of how it looked on the day I sold it.

I now drive a 2004 Acura TL which, from the day it came out, was my "dream car."'  I had to wait and buy a used one, which I did in August of 2006.  To this day, I still think it's the most beautiful car on the road and cannot believe I actually own one.  Neither of my Acuras have ever seen the inside of another shop.  I have always had all my service work done at DCH TA.  Your service people are top notch.  They have earned my trust over and over again and I cannot imagine taking my car anywhere else.  Absolutely not!!  So that's my story!

My experience at Tustin Acura was like nothing I've had before. They were extremely patient with my inability to choose between the RDX and MDX. They treated me with respect, answered all my questions, and gave me an incredible deal, without any pressure, arm-twisting or any other normal "car dealer" tactic. I really appreciate how they gave me room to experience and decide on the vehicle of my choice. They were close enough to help when I needed them, but never hovered over me, or made me feel uncomfortable. The financing was simple and met my expectations, with no pressure to buy any add-on accessories or warranties. At time of delivery, they explained everything about my new car and answered all my questions. They even helped me set up all the "personal settings". I leased my TL from these folks and it was a great experience. Every time I have come in they have been very good.
I leased other Acuras from another dealership but Tustin Acura won my business through their excellence. So I started using them for service and I have had nothing but excellent service. My parents and I went in for service for their MDX and everything was better than we expected. It wasn't like what you would expect from a dealer, usually my parents just go to the local gas station for their service but our visit to their sales department went so well that they decided to use DCH Tustin Acura's service this time for an issue they were having with a squeaking noise and an oil change. They gave us really good prices for the work that we needed done. My parents English is not very good, but Kyle was patient and he sat in the waiting area with us after they checked it and explained everything that needed to be done, and made sure their questions were clearly answered. He wasn't pushy for items that we couldn't afford right then and even helped us decide what could wait and what we really needed to do to keep it running safely and well. He even gave us discounts and showed us coupons we didn't know about to help us out. We even got a free car wash and comfortable waiting area.

Although somewhat of a drive, I go to Tustin Acura because of their prices.
When comparing the cost of service intervals, oil changes, battery replacements, etc., Tustin Acura always seems to be the least expensive. Further, the service department seems to operate at a much rapid pace when compared to competing dealerships.
Also, I sense that this dealership's service department does not push unnecessary service. Certainly, Tustin Acura seems most trustworthy of all surrounding Acura dealerships.

I have purchased two used vehicles one was 2001 CL TypeS & 2005 MDX. I have highly recommended your dealership to several of my friends in Irvine over the past 3 years. The sales staff gave the feeling of no sales pressure & very friendly service. Kathy in the finance department was also friendly & answered all of my financial questions completely. Even after all this time they still treat me well and show Very good customer service skills when ever i take my Acura's in for servicing. I love the candy bar at the end of my services, the coffee and wifi so i can work while i wait, wish they would bring back the fruit bowl, it was a really nice touch. It's nice to go to a dealership where you can build a relationship and feel exceptionally well taken care of, and the people really are helpful.

We bought our 2008 MDX last August 2008 in DCH TUSTIN ACURA even if we had a dealer 1 mile close to our house. DCH TUSTIN ACURA is almost 50 miles away from where we lived. We encounter a noise problems at the rear end. We went there twice within a week for this problem. We usually don?t write thank you letters for people from car servicing for doing their job because I believe excellent service is the rule, not the exception. However, my Service Advisor Larry Stracener of DCH TUSTIN ACURA and the technicians were very helpful and very approachable. They really did everything to make us happy with all the work and to ensure we were a satisfied customer. I have always been an Acura owner and had my services performed at DCH Tustin. I recently purchased another car, so I am now having service done across the street from you guys. After my first service at that dealership, I miss you guys! Service with you guys is outstanding. I had the same Service Advisor most of the time, and he was wonderful, but all the others were just as great. They keep me constantly updated with phone calls... I felt so well informed. At the other dealership, I have to be proactive with calling them to get updates... and when I did call, it took a while before my call was returned. When it was time to pick up at Acura, all I really had to do was walk up and head to the cashier where my service advisor would be there to give me an overview of what they did. I'd pay and they'd pull my car up. Everything goes so smoothly, efficiently and quickly with you guys. At the other place, only when I arrived did they begin putting together all the paperwork and such, so I was sitting on the bench waiting a while for them to shuffle through their stuff for the cashier. And I don't like waiting. And I didn't randomly show up either, I told them I'd be there at a certain time to pick up and I figure they'd be ready to go by then. Guess not. I don't know if that is how they and other dealerships work or if you guys are just exceptional, but you guys have set high standards for me. Yesterday I left my '06 RL for an oil change, tire rotation, and brake inspection. When I returned to pick it up, it had been lovingly washed, I was given a delicious chocolate candy bar, and the charges were slightly less than I had anticipated.

Now is that good service? I should shout from the rooftops that Tustin Acura is the best! Freddy in service takes excellent care of me every time I have a question or concern... We wanted to test-drive the MDX before purchasing through USAA auto-buying program. Your salesperson took us on a test drive the week prior to our purchase. He is very professional, and we also liked his sincerity and his personality. I was just in my watch repair shop this last weekend and we were talking about my Acura in being serviced and I was driving a new TL rental and kidded about how they love giving me a new vehicle when I am being serviced because how nice they are.  My watch man said he had a TL and loved it and had to get his oil changed shortly. I told him to be sure and have his vehicle service done at Tustin Aura he said he would.  I told him if you are going to have to have a service and pay a service bill at least you will enjoy paying it to Tustin.  They treat you as part of the family.  I cannot say enough good things about the guys in the service department. I originally came from another store because my cousins and I
