I was just in my watch repair shop this last weekend and we were talking about my Acura in being serviced and I was driving a new TL rental and kidded about how they love giving me a new vehicle when I am being serviced because how nice they are.  My watch man said he had a TL and loved it and had to get his oil changed shortly. I told him to be sure and have his vehicle service done at Tustin Aura he said he would.  I told him if you are going to have to have a service and pay a service bill at least you will enjoy paying it to Tustin.  They treat you as part of the family.  I cannot say enough good things about the guys in the service department. I originally came from another store because my cousins and I were not really satisfied with the service of a salesman earlier that day at another dealer. The service for the Tustin store is top notch. I really liked the way that salesman and the finance manager treat the customers and how they explained every detail as much as possible and stuck to the restricted rule for safety rather than just selling a car. DCH Tustin Acura restores my faith in customer service. As a manager for the Auto Club, I am a service snob! I believe in treating customers the same way you would want to be treated. Your Service Dept is great. My Service Consultant not only figured out the problem on my 99 Acura, he changed the fuse in less than 5 minutes and sent me on my way, no charge. The service consultant was friendly and helpful. They had a kiddy area for my kids to play in. They had hot chocolate with milk, which I was really impressed with. Even though the situation was unsettling to me, the whole thing was alleviated due to the superb customer service supplied by your service manager. He showed a high level of professionalism by tackling a problem that seemed mysterious at the onset, repeatedly updated me and provided an honest explanation every step along the way. He even insisted on personally test driving the car with me to ensure my satisfaction with the outcome. My family was visiting Disneyland to celebrate my daughter's 3rd birthday, but encountered a flat tire along the way. I have never been more impressed during the car buying process as I was with Tustin. The sales associate, Bill and the the sales manager, Eric were absolutely wonderful to work with. In what is normally a dreaded process, we came to mutually agreeable terms and were able to laugh and joke along the way. Eric and Bill were more than fair in the pricing of both the vehicle I bought as well as my trade in. Bill even spent over an hour with me, after the sale, to explain the features of my new car. The Tustin folks have made a life long customer out of me and even though they're located 1.5 hours away from my home, I'd gladly drive back for this type of car buying experience. I would like to say that your internet advertising dept is doing a really good job; I was able to view lot of information and great pictures. The used car manager is obviously living up to the Acura reputation I expected, getting quality used cars to sell, inspecting them mechanically and detailing the cars for presentation very well. The engine looks like it just rolled of the factory floor. Your sales people and finance manager are caring and knowledgeable and doing a good job, even going so far as to answer questions a month later. I get asked all the time where I bought my and I never mind telling them!
