Gold and Silver Level Winners Nation Winners: Wolos Safi, Kalolo Toafa, Sean Lee DCH Tustin Acura Sales Consultant Sean Lee was recently honored by Acura, for achieving Gold Level status in the 2009 Council of Sales Excellence recognition program. In addition, Kalolo Toafa and Wolos Safi of the same dealership were awarded Silver Level status. These prestigious designations are bestowed only on Acura Sales Consultants who exemplifies professionalism in all aspects of their sales performance.
Acura Honored Again It beats Lexus, BMW and Mercedes-Benz	Great news for Acura owners! For the second consecutive year, Acura has received the Automotive Lease Guide (ALG) 2010 Residual Value Award for Best Luxury Brand. According to ALG, Acura's line of luxury performance vehicles is expected to retain the highest percentage of their original price after a three-year period. Acura beat out other luxury brands such as Audi, BMW, Lexus and Mercedes-Benz for the highly coveted award. This means when you lease a new Acura you'll get a much better rate. Also, when you sell your Acura later, you'll retain much better value than the other cars.
	Making sure your Teen's Car is Safe If a new school year means having a car, perhaps a new year's resolution is in order for your teen. Experts say it can be very effective if each of you makes a promise out loud to be a safe driver. Safety begins with driving a safe vehicle. And the person ultimately responsible for that is a teenager.

DCH Tustin Acura Wins Acura's Top Award Again

Acura National Headquarters announced recently that DCH Tustin Acura had once again been awarded the Acura's highest dealership honor - the Precision Team Dealership of Distinction Award for 2008. Only a few top Acura dealerships in the nation, and only four in California that have received this distinguished recognition for their excellence in customer satisfaction. The award is based on the survey of the customers about their car purchase or service experience at the dealership. This is the 6^th year DCH Tustin Acura has earned this prestigious award.

In announcing this award, Dick Colliver, the Executive Vice President of the American Honda Motor Company, complimented the winners of this honored award for providing their outstanding customer care beyond just the quality vehicles which deserves this worthy recognition of the highest order. The General Manager Dick Hsu of DCH Tustin Acura added: We want to thanks thousands of our customers who participated in this survey and gave us their vote of confidence. This just make us want to work extra harder to take care of our customers. We are also proud of our team members who deliver the excellent service to our customer day by day. To celebrate this achievement, Tustin Acura hosted an award luncheon at the dealership, on Wednesday, March 24. President of DCH Susan Scarola and COO for the West Coast Platform T.Y. Lai and 8 dignitaries from Acura including 3 Zone Managers from the Western States were among the invited guests. In addition, several loyal customers were on hand to applaud the recognition for Tustin Acura.

In addition to the Acura top award, DCH Tustin Acura is also the recipient of the Dealer of Excellence award from the J. D. Power and Associates, a well-know consumer rating company, in the past 6 years. It is the only auto dealership in the West Coast that has won this dual honor. DCH Tustin Acura is located in the popular Tustin Auto Center in central Orange County.
