At DCH Tustin Acura, we know you can not always make it in during normal service hours.

So we made things more convenient for you to keep your vehicle in top performance.

Service Late / Early Drop-Off

Need an alternate time to drop off? We provide "Early Bird"/"Night Owl" Late Drop off. You can drop off your vehicle for service anytime, even when we are closed. Just use our Secure Service drop box located in our Service drive.

Late/Early Drop off instructions

Park and Lock your car in the Service drive.
Remove and complete the form envelope from the "Early Bird" Box.
Place your keys in the completed "Early Bird" envelope.
Sign the envelope to authorize the work.
Drop the envelope in the slot in our secure "Early Bird" drop box.

(Please note that Saturday night drop off will not be completed until Monday.)

We will call you with any additional questions regarding services and also to let you know when your vehicle is ready for pick up.

Need to Pick-Up late?

Thanks to our sales department being open later, you can conveniently pick up your vehicle during sales hours.

Simply call to let us in advance so we can prepare the vehicle and billing for you.

Let us know approximately when you will be in.

Then see the sales receptionist during sales hours to complete your vehicle pick-up.
